For our trip we have chosen www.insurancebookers.com. Why? Because it's cheap!!! in Italy there are a lot of insurance companies, but most of them don't cover more than 3 months and some are very expensive.
Insurancebookers is an English company, low cost, and has also a branch in Milan, so for us could be interesting.
We saw another one interesting, www.worldnomads.com, but Insurancebookers gave us the civic liability included in the price.
